Privacy Policy

WANIT / GOTIT ("we", "us") is a small, independently run project. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- Email address— used only to sign you in via a one-tap magic link. We don't require or use a password.
- Your collection data — the sneakers you mark WANIT or GOTIT, and an optional username/display name if you choose to share your collection.
- Photos you submit— if you add a sneaker that isn't already in the catalog, the photo you upload becomes part of the shared public catalog.
- Basic traffic analytics — page visits and referrers, collected without cookies and without any personally identifying information, via Umami.
If you use the app without signing in, your WANIT/GOTIT selections are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to our servers until you create an account.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the app. We don't sell your data to anyone.
- Supabase — hosts our database, handles authentication, and stores uploaded photos.
- Resend — delivers the sign-in emails.
- Netlify — hosts the website itself.
- Umami — provides the anonymous traffic analytics described above.
Your collection is private by default. It's only visible to others if you explicitly set your profile to shareable and give someone the link.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data — your email, your collection, and anything you've submitted — at any time. To do that, email letstalk@rodsr.com from the address on your account and we'll take care of it. You can also ask what data we hold about you at the same address.
Children
WANIT / GOTIT isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
